1) Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. In the event of a delay, your service time will be shortened out of respect for subsequent clients.
2) To reschedule, please contact us via phone call or WhatsApp. Changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance; otherwise, the appointment will be marked as completed.
3) Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. In such cases, your refund will be issued as a gift certificate for the full amount paid. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.
4) For online bookings, please wait for a confirmation email before arriving at your appointment.
5) Packages and gift certificates are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase and are non-transferable.
6) For services exceeding 20 minutes, the total duration includes registration, assessment, changing, and the checkout process (approximately 10–15 minutes).
